Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Frozen Organic Hawthorn berries
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries 
  • Infused Organic Hibiscus Tea as base
  • 1 frozen Organic Banana
  • 1 tbsp of Organic Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender until smooth.

 

Chef's Notes:

Hawthorn berries are nourishing to the heart because they are high in anti-oxidants called procyanadins. Summer is right around the corner, gather your friends and family to enjoy a cup of fresh hawthorn berry smoothie.
