Millet Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 cups Bgreen Food Organic BAKE MORE™ Millet Flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or sugar)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 3/4 cups buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F

  2. Add all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix well.

  3. Add egg, oil, and buttermilk to dry mix. Mix well.

  4. Add to an 8” x 10” baking dish prepared with oil. Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes.
